President Yahya Jammeh is playing with the lives of people who need real medical assistance not his gimmick. He should focus on getting The Gambia out of the economic basement and leave the cure of sick patients to the experts.
Jammeh, please stop giving false hope to your people. You're doing more harm than good.

May be the president is right. You see, till now no scientist could come up with new medicine to cure AIDS, who knows god has transfered into him in and might have given him the instruction. We should not blame and mock him. Yes sometimes i do feel that he is just playing over the lives of a people, but sometimes you also think in otherway. What i suggest is let him do the thing, i am not saying he is right, rather give him a chance to prove.

Why are we making such a big fuss about this simple matter? The President can give treatment to a very limited number of patients who are willing to take his kind of treatment.Use them as control for the rest of the patients taking conventional treatment. We can evaluate the results clinically,as well as laboratory methods.Instead of taking confrontational stance, set the example of the Win-Win situation as a practical step.

I think the guy is bogus. The reason there is no cure or vaccine for AIDS/HIV yet is because it is such a complex virus. You may be able to cure the symptoms of AIDS, but you can't get rid of the virus, and as soon as they stop taking his "medicine" the symptoms will come back. If anybody is going to come up with a cure, it is going to be a scientist who has probably been researching and studying it for years.
