The International AIDS Society (IAS) is organizing an HIV Cure Training Satellite Session in conjunction with the 2nd International Science Symposium on HIV & Infectious Diseases (HIV SCIENCE 2014) on 30th January 2014, 6-8 PM. The satellite session is aimed at community representatives and scientists engaged and/or interested in HIV cure research, with the objective of presenting the key scientific knowledge in an accessible manner to enable participants to better understand the challenges for an HIV cure and the current research directions. The satellite will also include a presentation on patient expectations from a community perspective and an outline of the IAS "Towards an HIV Cure" initiative.
Participation in this satellite session is restricted to those who have registered for HIV SCIENCE 2014 and currently working in the field of HIV. The registration for this satellite session limited to a small group and will be accepted on first-come, first-serve basis. There is NO separate registration FEE for this satellite session.
