Rather than an metallurgical engineer, I am founder general secretary of " Thalassemia Welfare Society, BHILAI " since 2004. I have attended 10 national & international conferences & workshops on thalassemia in INDIA at AIIMS, LHMC, LNJP , MAMC, SYMBIOSIS PUNE as an invitee / delegate. I was faculty at "AIIMS - New Delhi "during the pre -conference workshop on " Birth Defects And Disabilities In The Developing World "in oct 2009.
