We've all been led to believe that saturated fats clog arteries. I'm wondering, where is the evidence? There's growing realization that the standard dietary advice to restrict saturated fat has little scientific backing, only consensus of opinion generated through a relentless campaign to promote the consumption of omega-6 seed oils. Meanwhile, the public health continues to deteriorate at an alarming rate as experts and consumers alike embrace the anti-saturated fat advice.
