We've all been led to believe that saturated fats clog arteries. I'm wondering, where is the evidence? There's growing realization that the standard dietary advice to restrict saturated fat has little scientific backing, only consensus of opinion generated through a relentless campaign to promote the consumption of omega-6 seed oils.
