After listening to all a patient has to say, a doc does a general total body check which takes just a little time. He has a provisional diagnosis and a few differentials. These are written in the office copy, and a prescription is given to the patient, or sent to a doctor of his choice. He cant write ?HIV , ? malingering, can he? The pharmacist may not keep the confidence. So sometimes the diagn is jotted in code.bulbul is right, but may he give his suggestions?
