A 5 days old baby girl was brought by parents with an ultrasonogram done in 34th weeks of intra-uterine life revealing an intra-abdominal cystic mass in the fetus (origin uncertain, size 7.4x8.3 cm). The baby was born by caesarian section at term. An abdominal ultrasonogram revealed the persistence of the cyst and increase in size (8.6x 9.2 cm), still of uncertain origin.
