I had a massive heart attack 20 months back,to be exact on 15th March 2010.I regularly consume Wheat germ via milk twice a day and have found it to be beneficial for my health. The aroma from the wheat germ is very enjoyable. T.S.SUNDARAM.

I eat 2 servings of wheat germ everyday in my yogurt.
