Rema.iyer 12 Nov 09 12:50 PM Colours also can be used while meditating also colourful glass bottles can be used for healing. Eg: if a Wine bottle(which is Green in colour) if filled with water and kept in the Sunlight for 8 hrs and drunk for 21 days if the process is continued a person can be out of depression. Colour therapy works wonderfully on human body and mind.
