You need to make some dietary changes gradually.Try to eat more fuits and vegetables. Also have atleast 10-12 glasses of water in a day. Eat smaller and more frequent meals i.e eat 5-6 small meals. This will prevent you from overeating at a particular meal. Dinner should be half the size of lunch and should be finished before 8 pm. It will make you feel light. Try to include salads and soup for dinner and reduce dinner roti to one or max two. Keep low fat snacks like roasted chana, soya, murmura and bran/ digestive biscuits for munching / inbetween snacks. Also replace breakfast with oats/wheatflakes as they are high in fibre so will fill you up more. Have brown/multigrain bread instead of white and make your rotis fibrous by adding wheat/oat bran. Also you can continue having milk twice as long as it is skimmed milk. Yoghurt and paneer made from low fat milk can be taken. I hope these small changes in your diet will make you lose some weight.
