Perisistence is the word when it comes to gaining or losing weight. To gain weight
1.First you need to calculate the number of calories you consume per day, than you need to increase the calorie
consumption by about 500 calories.For this you need to know the caloric value of the different food you take per day.
2. Sleep your way to a healthy weight gain, it the easiest
way to gain weight.
3. Certain exercises are known to promote weight gain for which you can consult a health trainer at a health studio.
4. Since you have the license to eat try consuming high calorie food but this may not be a healthy habit in the long run.
5. Weigh yourself on a regular basis to know your weight gain and further increase your calorie consumption.
