To get rid of belly fat try to make these changes in your diet. Try cutting your total carbohydrate intake and increasing your proteins. Your carbs should come from whole wheat grains/ brown bread and oats. Avoid white bread, rice, maida etc. Cut down on sweets, fried and junk food. Dont ever skip meals as it leads to slower metabolism. You need to space out your meals i.e. eat 5-6 small meals which will prevent you from getting hungry and over-eating. Also, eating small and frequent meals will also keep metabolism up. Try to have lots and lots of water. Every day early morning have water with lemon juice. Avoid eating late dinners. Finish your dinner before 8. It should be light since there is no activity after that. Eat fruits and veggies in large quantities as they will keep you full for a longer time. In fruits avoid banana, mango, litchi, cheeko and grapes. Along with diet control try doing abdominal exercises regularly to reduce inches from stomach.
