Hi! You have mentioned feeling angry, forgetting things, being lazy and having backache and headache. If these symptoms have been bothering you for more than a fortnight (15 days) and are so intense that they are affecting your relationships and your day to day work, then this could be depression.
You also mention that you always feel bad: is that in context of being ill or do you have negative self esteem and low confidence? If it is so, then it is more likely that this is depression. Kindly meet a Psychiatrist and start treatment. Depression is treatable.
