What do you mean by a high body temperature? You will need to record your temperatures to show that it is increased. The normal temperatures for humans ranges from 36.5C to 37.5C. It is highest in the daytime when it is around 37.5C and falls by about 1degree towards evening and night. If you mean your hands are warmer than others, then it could be that your BMR (basal metabolic rate) is slightly higher, which is usually harmless and is genetically determined. If there is anything else you are suffering because of this please let me know.
The hair fall could be due to numerous other factors. Make a note of the following:
1.Ensure to include plenty of proteins in your diet. Protein rich diet could be meat, eggs, Soya, dhal, milk, sprouted grams etc
2.Cosume plenty of fruits and vegetables as they will provide all the essential vitamins and minerals.
3.Drink plenty of water about 6-8 glasses per day.
4. If dandruff is a problem take frequent hair washes.
5.Exercise regularly to de-stress yourself and to improve the blood circulation to your hair.
6.Avoid all chemical treatments to your hair.
Finally do not worry about your temperature; they say a warm hand has a warm heart.
