Change of diet, stress and climate could have all contributed to your hair loss. Try to consume a diet rich in proteins and include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet. you can try taking a cup of sprouted green gram everday.check to see if you have dandruff as this can cause hair fall. further you can exercise and destress everday to prevent hair fall. If the salt content of the water you are using is high, substitute with fresh water.
