choose foods like pulses, legumes, nuts, sesame seeds, roasted channa, peanuts, skim milk, paneer, cheese, egg whites, fish, broken wheat, millets, oats.
eat every 2 hours.
parathas, laddos made of wheat, nuts, or sesame, paneer and milk based dishes, cube of cheese, sprouts, porridge, thick curds, milk shakes are some preparations which should be opted for.
