Hi there,
In order to gain weight you need to consume more calories than normal. Along with proper diet, do some weight training and cardio exercises to gain muscle mass.
5 mins after wake up – 1 glass of warm water with 1 tsp lemon juice & 1 tsp honey
Morning – 5 almonds + 2 walnuts
Breakfast – 1 glass of milk with 1 bowl cornflakes/poha/upma or 1 Stuffed parantha (paneer or potato) or omelette or vegetable cheese sandwich [Do not skip your breakfast]
Lunch – 1 bowl of Salad (any 2 raw vegetables), 2-3 chapatis, 1 bowl daal, 1 cup vegetable, 1 cup rice, 1 glass of buttermilk
Afternoon – 1 cup tea/coffee or any milkshake with 3-4 biscuits
Evening snack– Vegetable sandwich/any snack, any seasonal fruits or fruit juice
Dinner – 1 bowl vegetable soup, 1 bowl Salad, 1-2 Chapatis, 1 bowl Dal, 1 cup green Vegetable, 1 cup yogurt/curd
Bedtime – 1 cup of hot milk with a pinch of turmeric powder
